1. User Login

Types of Users:
i) Sales Team
ii) Head Office
iii) Production Department


2. Sales Team Process

Upon successful login, Sales Team users are redirected to their dashboard, which displays the complete status of leads.
Sidebar Options:
Lead Status: Overview of all leads and their statuses.
Lead Create: Opens the Lead Details Form.


3. Lead Creation Process

Lead Create Option:
When Sales Team users click on the "Lead Create" option, they are redirected to the Lead Details Form.

Lead Details Form:
Sales Team users fill out the form with customer details and then submit it. Upon submission, they are redirected to the Lead Log Page.

4. Lead Log Page

The Lead Log Page consists of two frames:
Frame 1:
Displays complete details filled by the Sales Team user.

Frame 2:
Contains fields for follow-up actions, including:
Select options for follow-up medium.
Message box for typing messages.
Date and time selection.
Select options for quotation status.
Display of comments from Presale, HO, Production Department, and Customer transactions.


5. Quotation Process

Quotation Status Option:
When the "Quotation Send" option is selected, a "Create Quotation" button appears.

Create Quotation Button:
Clicking this button opens a Quotation Form, which has three parts:
Quotation Filling Details Form: To input initial quotation details.
Add Quotation: To add the quotation specifics.
Show Added Quotation Details: To review the added details.
After filling out and submitting the form, the user is redirected back to the Lead Log Page.


6. Viewing Quotations

All users can view created quotations in two places on the Lead Log Page:
Left Side Frame:
All quotations related to the lead are listed here.
Right Side Frame (Comments Section):
Quotations can be filtered by "ALL" or "Presale" Tabs.
For example, an entry might look like: QuotationSend (Link) is been marked with next follow-up date 14-05-2024 | 14:20 lead status.
Clicking the link allows users to view the specific quotation.
